Kendati produk top yang akan dipamerkan akan muncul di Pameran Mobil Jenewa awal Maret mendatang, di Doha, Lamborghini membuat debut versi lain dari Gallardo yang disebut edisi spesial, LP560-4 Bicolore. Nama belakang mengindikasikan, supersport ini tampil dengan dua warna eksterior.

Gallardo yang sudah diproduksi 10.000 unit lebih untuk edisi khusus ini hanya dijual di Eropa dan Asia-Pasifik. Untuk konsumen Amerika Serikat disediakan LP550-2. Ciri yang menonjol dari edisi spesial ini, atap hitamnya kontras dengan warna bodi. Khusus untuk bodi, Lamborghini menyediakan lima warna.

Performa

Sumber tenaga Gallardo ini adalah mesin V10, 5,2 liter dengan sistem injeksi langsung. Kemampuan menghasilkan 560 PS dan kemampuannya dikebut makin mantap dengan sistem gerak empat roda. Lamborghini mengklaim, Gallardo edisi spesial ini bisa sprint 0-100 km per jam dalam 3,7 detik. Kalau punya nyali untuk tancap gas, bisa “mencelat” 325 kpj (km per jam).

“Gallardo LP560-4 Bicolore memperlihatkan kehebatan mobil Italia. Penampilannya adalah gairah gunung api dengan desain stylish,” ujar Stephan Winkelmann, Presiden dan CEO Automobili Lamborghini.

Penampilan eksterior dengan kombinasi hitam di bagian atas atau atap menciptakan nuansa baru pada Gallardo dan ternyata bisa membuat sosoknya semakin agresif dan bergairah.

Kaca depan ke atas, termasuk pilar, atap, kap mesin, dan spoiler belakang, dihiasi dengan hitam noctis, hitam pastel yang sangat kontras dengan bodi. Khusus untuk bodi, disediakan lima warna giallo midas, arancio borealis, grigio telesto, bianco monocerus, dan blu caelum.

Supersport ini dilengkapi dengan paddle shift di setir untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah pengemudi memindahkan gigi. Selain itu, juga ditambahkan sistem lifting agar bagian depan bisa ditinggikan sehingga tak repot lagi melewati polisi tidur. Tambahan lain adalah sisten navigasi satelit, kamera untuk melihat suasana di belakang, rem keramik karbon, dan jok dengan pemanas. Makin hebat!
