Honda with its motto the power of dreams, create another revolution in concept car designs. Honda Air is a new concept car designed by Honda's advanced design studio in Pasadena, California. The concept was created to challenge the 1000 pounds of car design made by the Los Angeles Auto Show. This vehicle was inspired by the Skydiving and lightweight roller coaster, with a pneumatic-powered compressed air control system.
The system uses void turbo and external air flow to grow the reservoir pressure for extended range and increased thrust about 100 miles. To keep the light engine, all the components are mounted directly to the frame, eliminating unnecessary structures. Outer skin of the plant-based plastic material wrapped around the body with an open air style. This concept is estimated to weigh only 800 pounds.
